We aim to provide our customers with goods and services that align with industry standards, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. However, if you encounter any issues with our products, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@medcaresurgical.com, and we will make every effort to promptly resolve your concerns.

A customer placing an order is defined as an individual, business entity, or organization legally operating in Nepal or other countries, utilizing and possessing the rights to use the products and services offered by Medcare Surgical. Our company will entertain returns only in the following circumstances:

 

1. **Receipt of Products Damaged in Transit:**

Do not accept any orders if you receive a package with visible signs of tampering. If you discover that products are damaged upon opening the package (within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt), please take photos of the damaged products and product labels and email them to us at info@medcaresurgical.com or submit return request. Include the order number and invoice number in your email and also when you are requesting return from website. After receiving your email, we may initiate an investigation. If the issue is found to be valid, and stock is available, we will arrange for a replacement. 

 

2. **Receipt of Products with Manufacturing Defects:**

If you notice a manufacturing defect in your product upon receipt of your order, please promptly attach a photo of the product's label and email it to us at info@medcaresurgical.com, within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt. We may initiate an investigation upon receiving your email. Our team, courier partner, supplier, or manufacturer's representative will collect the product, and if the defect claim is valid and stock is available, we will arrange for a replacement.
